IMPORTANT

Terms of service: Applies to all types of pieces. Read this before commissioning!

1. No deadlines:

Please respect my working hours. That said, i strive to do my best at all times. I need to do my daily errands, eat and sleep. At this current time i do not offer work on deadlines as it means i will be rushing work that needs more time and love. However i will work with you on priority commision if you pay a fee. It will be stipulated with each project. Usually 50% of total price.

 

2.Payment:

Payment options are pr today Paypal only for international clients. And for locals in Norway Vipps is an option. Fee free to ask. I offer invoices and one off payment in paypal in most cases. short time downpayments are okay too for bigger projects. ask and i will find a way to work with you. Payments done in increments are to be no less than 100$ pr payment and we do appreciate faster downpayments as that means we get to work on the project faster! The project do not start before full payment is down and your place in the queue approaches. sometimes these dates can be plus minus the completion date for the payment, but a general rule is 12 months work time on average if you are in the current work scheduled year. These are just estimates, so in some cases we get to finish much sooner or later depending on circumstances.

3. Refunds:

Started projects are non- refundable and will be needed to cover for the material cost and any started work. Refunds Can be made before project materials is orderes. Typically within one week of placed order. This goes for all comissions. This is non-negotionable and largely due to material cost regulations by the market and taxes/import fees. Also, its good to know that once a project is started and approved, i do not offer cancellations under any cicumstances. The item you are buying is made-to-order and cannot be sold to anyone else as the project is bsed on your intellectual property and would need substancial work to change appearances. If there is a very good reason for a cancellation, i will work with you to find a solution to the issue at hand. If you placed a commision with me and you change your mind, i will not be refunding you more than what you paid over 50%. This is to prevent "ATM" like behaviour. As placing an order and accepting the invoice is seen as you accepting to the terms mentioned above. Please be sure that you can afford the commision before you place the order. I can help you with a salespost or other ways to promote a sale if needed. But i cannot refund due to poor decision making. ( it really is sad that i have come to this, but this happens way too often.) 

 

4. Refund Deadline/Shipping:

Refunds can be made up until  approval of the materials and design is completed. Time is money, and i cannot get the time spent on a project back. I spend a lot more time on projects than people think and i make everything from scratch so that each costume is according to your measurements and caracter. If there is a problem with your suit, not caused by wear and tear and normal use, i will try to figure out a way to help you. Please understand that problems caused in the shipping process due to bad handling (not caused by me) are to be adressed to the shipping company for refund of value. Once the package is shipped from my doorstep, the box is in their hands. I  am always helpful when taking care of lost boxes in the mail, and will provide any information on my behalf if we can to try to track down the problem. Even if it is an ungodly expense. That is also why shipping cost is higher in order to secure your money as well as my craftmanship. I am in no way responsible for lost mail. I always reccomend to have the box insured. This is more expensive. But do you really want to risk a 2+k fursuit getting lost?

 

5. Haggling:

Please refrain from haggling on the price on the list. A base price is stipulated to be the lowest starting price for a commision tier. If you do request any work below this price, your project will not be accepted and you won't be able to commision. We're serious about this so please respect the time and effort i put down in my products. I also want to remind people that materials are very expensive and entirely stipulated ny the market and does not reflect my pricing. 

 

6. Project updates:

If you’re waiting in line, do not continously send messages and or mail for update pictures or progress info. I´ll  let you know when your time comes and when you move forward a spot and/or when we begin your project. Depending on our current queue, you might be waiting for a while. I will send progress pictures on different stages in the project and try my best to keep you in the loop. In extremely high stress situations like holidays and during vacation times in the summer, progress are slower due to high demand.

7. Queue and Priority-fee:

You can’t get ahead in the queue unless you pay a priority fee as mentioned in the price guide. There are others in the queue in front of you. And they deserve my time just as much as you do. This piroirty fee is 50% of the final total price. This gives you the priority to be the first one in line. 

 

8. Pre-comission info:

I will work with what information you give me. Make sure to give an accurate ref sheet and proper information. If the commission ends up different than you wanted because your ref sheet is inaccurate or in a different colour or shape, or you changed your mind mid-way, you're not getting a refund like i are not getting the hours  spent on it back. I can adjust some designs not predetermined in the process for a fee. Please let me know ASAP. Otherwise i will need to take more steps in order to fix the problem. If you change your mind after this step, additional fees will be expected.

 

9. Behaviour:

Not strictly a part of the TOS, but there are always some customers who act out on a variety of reasons. Politeness and kindness goes a long way to make our communication much smoother. Be ready with your money, your refrences and be clear in what you are looking for. vague text descpriptions and or somwhat-descpritions will be adjusted to the best of my extent, but please be aware that some things may vary with your vision due to the nature of interprentations. 

 

10. Questions:

Read the FAQ before asking any questions. If there is anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to send us a message and i´ll get back to you.

 

11. Age:

If you are not 18 years or older, i won’t take your commission unless you have a parent or guardian to accept these terms of service (an older sibling or partner is not a guardian). This goes for bigger parts, partials and fullsuit commissions and applies for commissioned work. Goods sold as pre-mades does not go under this rule as they are considered redymades (much like shopping in a store).
